Hulk Cakes 1 cup 2% cottage cheese 1 cup oats 2 whole eggs4 egg whites2 servings vanilla whey protein powder 1/2 of a banana2 cups spinach 1 tsp. baking powder 1. Heat griddle over medium heat for about 5 minutes. 2. Blend all ingredients together in a blender and let sit 5 minutes. Spray griddle with cooking spray. Slowly pour pancake batter onto griddle. These burn easily, so watch carefully & flip when browned. Makes 18. 3. Top with 1/2 Tbs. nut butter, 1/2 cup berries & Walden Farms Pancake syrup.•Serving size: 3 pancakes with topping. 250 cals | 8g fat | 26g carb | 19g protein
