SWEET AND SOUR CHICKEN (or Pork)

SWEET AND SOUR CHICKEN

1 1/2 c Brown Sugar
1/2 t Salt
1 T Vinegar
1 T Worcestshire Sauce
1/4 c Mustard
1/2 c Ketchup
3/4 c Water
1/2 c Diced Onion
1/4 c Diced Green Pepper
1/2-1 can of Pineapple (add a little juice)
10-20 chicken tenders Or pork chops cut into strips

Flour and fry chicken until brown. Mix other ingredients and heat over stove until dissolved. Pour mixed ingredients over chicken. Bake at 325 1 1/2 hours
