Pumpkin Pie

1 1/2 cups pumpkin
1 cup brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1/8 tsp cloves
1/2 tsp ginger
1/2 tsp salt
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup scalded milk
1/2 cup evaporated milk

Mix ingredients in order given.  Pour filling into pastry-lined pan. Bake in a 425 pre-heated oven for 10 minutes and 350 oven until center is firm (about 45 minutes).
