MANGO PORK

MANGO PORK
4 LB PORK ROAST
2 CUPS MANGO SALSA (FROM COSTCO)
2 CUPS BROWN SUGAR

I always brown my pork roasts in season all and black pepper before putting it in the crock pot. After that add the salsa and sugar and let cook for 8 hours. Shred and serve over rice or on buns.
