No Peek Chicken

This is super fast and super easy to get ready... just have to plan ahead a few hours!

1 box Uncle Ben's Long Grain Wild Rice (original recipe)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
2 cans water

In a greased 9 x 13 pan, mix the box of rice, cans of celery and mushroom soup and water.  Arrange the raw chicken on top of the rice mixture, cover and seal with foil.
Bake at 350 degrees for 2 1/2 hours and "Don't Peek!"

  1. I made this with three cups (uncooked) white rice, one chicken flavor Ramen seasoning packet (we always have extras), and cream of chicken instead of mushroom and it was great! I liked the subtle flavor but it would've been fine with another Ramen packet too.

  2. Another version of mine:
    3 c cooked rice
    1 c boiling water combined with
    2 t chicken flavor
    1 c cooked green beans
    4 thawed chicken breasts
    Put rice on bottom. Poor liquid over rice. To with green beans then chicken. Season chicken and bake.
    350 one hour
