Peanut Sauce

2 T peanut butter
2 T soy sauce
1 T brown sugar
1 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 c water
Coconut milk to taste
Lemon juice to taste

Combine all ingredients in small saucepan. Heat and stir until smooth. Serve over rice and veggies or pasta.

  1. I used 1/4 c coconut milk instead of water and about a teaspoon of lemon juice and loved the flavor.

  2. I'm definitely going to have to try this, I'm totally hooked to coconuts milk lately, yum!
