Quiche


1/2 lb Cheese grated
3/4 lb sliced bacon/sausage/ham
4 Eggs
1 tbls flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
1/8 tsp nutmet
2 Cups Milk
1 tbls margerine melted

Pie Crust


Line 9" Pie pan with uncooked crust. Cover with cheese. Fry bacon, put on cheese. Beat everything else then add milk and melted butter.

Bake at 375 for 40 min

  1. I made this with half mozzarella, half medium cheddar, and one cup frozen broccoli (thawed for two minutes in the microwave) instead of adding bacon. Two cups milk was way too much so I'll use one cup next time. Also, mine took an hour or more to cook so plan on more than forty minutes.
